What makes V-MAT -- Veterans Martial Arts Training unique? 

V-MAT focuses on the physical, mental and spiritual balance created by martial arts, that assists in dealing with the challenges of daily life. As well, the camaraderie and discipline is a huge benefit to all military.

U.S. Military Veterans, Reserves and Active Duty

How Much Does It Cost? 

$0. 100% Free. All Volunteer Instructors. Uniforms, Books, Training materials are all free as well.

How long does activity last? 

2 to 3 classes per week, 90 minutes each

What if I need help getting there? Travel and lodging? It is a local organization on the Seacoast of NH. Public buses are available. They do not offer travel or lodging. It is a life long program.
