What makes Dare to Dream Ranch, Inc. unique?
Unlike other equine therapy facilities we work strictly with service members, veterans and their immediate family. We also offer other programs besides equine therapy such as woodworking, fly tying/fishing and refer to other non profits that also work with veterans to help our clients be successful civilians.
Who can sign up to participate?
U.S. Military veterans and their families struggling with emotional challenges such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression, Military Sexual Trauma (MST) and Mild Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI).
What type of activities?
equine therapy, horticulture therapy, nutritional cooking, woodworking, fly tying/fishing, career coaching, resume writing and more.
How Much Does It Cost?
Free to our participants.
How long does activity last?
Local clients come in weekly for individual sessions which could be 90 mins for equine therapy, 4hrs for woodworking, 8 hours for fly tying/fishing events. Extended weekends for retreats are limited as time and space allows.

What if I need help getting there? Travel and lodging?
We do not have funding to pay for travel and lodging. That is up to the participants.
Where to do I sign up to participate, what info is needed? email KarenDaltonHealthyLiving@gmail.com and you will receive a form to fill out. You will need to provide your DD214 for proof of status.
