Introducing Veterans to different holistic modalities while on retreats. This allows the veteran to add tools to their kit to aid in healing. Changing lives with the healing power of nature.

Canoeing/kayaking trips and camping in the woods or campgrounds when allowed.
They have partnered with a camp in Frankfort, KY where they hold regular retreats.

How Long Do The Activities Last?:
Varies, ASH offers a variety of small group retreats throughout the year with durations as short as 1 day & and as long as 11 days.
